Focal Seizures without Altered Consciousness

Focal Seizures with Altered Consciousness

synchronous generalized spikes and waves in all leads

bursts of synchronous, generalized

spike-and-wave activity at a frequency of approximately

3 Hz

localized epileptic activity over the seizure focus
