Laboratory findings consistent with the diagnosis of Lymphomatoid granulomatosis include:

• On CBC the following can be seen:
  • Leukopenia
  • Lymphopenia
  • Low CD4 count
  • Leukocytosis is rare
• Elevated Hematocrit
• ESR: can be moderately elevated or normal
• Hypersensitivity: delayed type
• Lack of anergy
• Biopsy of the lung
