The most common symptoms of anaplastic cell lymphoma include fever, weight loss, skin rash, night sweats, chest pain, abdominal pain, bone pain, and painless swelling in the neck, axilla, groin, thorax, and abdomen. These symptoms are otherwise know as B symptoms.
