Overview
There are no specific MRI findings associated with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

However, MRI of the brain may be useful in patients who present with neurologic symptoms, which is common in acute lymphoblastic leukemia. MRI of the brain can help assess for organic or anatomic etiologies of neurologic dysfunction.[1]
