Medical Therapy
There is no established treatment for patients with CNL. However, following options may be useful in treatment of patients with CNL:[1][2][3]
- Hematopoitic stem cell transplant (HSCT): HSCT is the only potential therapeutic option for patients with CNL. It is recommended that every patients that are qualified for HSCT, take this treatment. Since, the therapy in blast phases has the poor outcomes, HSCT should be started as soon as possible in the disease course, before blast transformation.[1][4][2][5]

- Interferon
- Hypomethylating agents
- Ruxolitinib
- Thalidomide
- Cladribine
- Imatinib
