Overveiw
MRI may be performed to detect metastasis of choriocarcinoma to brain and spinal cord.[1]
MRI
MRI is useful in accurately assessing brain and spinal cord metastasis. Metastasis to the brain are usually hemorrhagic and predominantly solitary.[2] It may also help find the spread of choriocarcinoma into the wall of the uterus.[1]
