- Tetralogy of Fallot is a congenital heart defect which classically has four anatomical components (obstruction to right ventricular outflow, right ventricular hypertrophy, ventricular septal defect, overriding of aorta).
- Its incidence is approximately 10% of all forms of congenital heart disease.
