Physical Examination
Appearance of the Patient
- Patients may have fever with temperatures upto 40°C.
- Jaundice with scleral icterus.
- Hepatomegaly with right upper quadrant tenderness may be present
- Splenomegaly
- Ascites
- Encephalopathy in case of decompensation.
