Overview
Bickers-Adams syndrome is a rare sex-linked cause of hydrocephalus due to aqueductal stenosis.

Physical Examination
Neurologic
- Mental retardation
- Flexion deformities and spasticity of the extremities
- Shuffling gait
- Aphasia
- Adducted thumbs
- Complicated paraplegia
