- Chordoma
- Glioma
- High forceps delivery
- Impacted tooth
- Infectious mononucleosis
- Intubation
- Metastatic carcinomas
- Nasopharyngeal carcinomas
Epidemiology and Demographics
Tumors account for approximately half the cases, and the most common causes include metastatic carcinomas, chordomas, nasopharyngeal carcinomas, gliomas, and acoustic neuromas.
