Overview
This is an anatomic abnormality of the kidney that is associated with kidney stones. Other anatomic abnormalities associated with kidney stones include the following:
- Caliectasis
- Horseshoe kidney
- Malrotated kidney
- Megaureter
Obstruction of the pelvo–ureteric junction
Tubular ectasia (medullary sponge kidneys)
- Ureteral stricture
- Ureterocele
- Vesicoureteral reflux
