Patient Presentation
The patient will most commonly present some or all of the following symptoms;
- Substernal/precordial chest pressure/heaviness/pain
- Pain in the shoulder or arm
- Nausea and/or vomiting
- Shortness of breath
- Diaphoresis
- Complaints of "heartburn"
- Dizziness
- Palpitations
