The signs on physical examination depends on the level of dehydration
- Vitals
- weak thready or absent pulse, tachycardia
- Postural hypotension
- Somnolence and coma
- Dry mucous membrane, excessive thirst, weakness, fatigue
- Sunken eyes
- Oliguria
- Wrinkled skin
