  It ,sometimes , becomes very difficult for the pathologist to differentiate between burkitt's lymphoma and diffuse large B cell lymphoma.They can be differentiated only by the fact that there is a very high proliferative fraction seen in patients with burkitt's lymphoma(i.e.,essentially 100% of tumor cells are in cycle) caused by c-myc deregulation.
