- Pain Right Hypochondrium referred to Right shoulder
- Pyrexia (100.4 F)
- Profused sweating and Rigors
- Loss of Weight
- Earthy Complexion
Acute abscess
- Fever
- Lethargy
- Discomfort in Right Upper Quadrant of abdomen
- Anorexia
- Enlarged and Tender Liver
- Pleural effusion
