- Patients may have fever with temperatures upto 40°C
Skin
- Jaundice
Eyes
- Scleral icterus
Abdomen
- Hepatomegaly with right upper quadrant tenderness may be present
- Splenomegaly
- Ascites
Neurologic
- Encephalopathy in case of decompensation
