Radiographic fndings in congenital heart diseases [1] -
- Helps in differentiating between cardiac and pulmonary causes of cyanosis.
- Large ductus arteriousus - reticulogranular pattern + increased pulmonary markings + pulmonary edema
- Tetralogy of fallot, pulmonic stenosis, pulmonic atresia, tricuspid atresia, Ebstein's anomaly - cyanosis + decreased pulmonary vascular markings
- Transpoaition of great arteries, truncus arteriosus, hypoplastic left heart syndrome - cyanosis + increased pulmonary vascular markings
