- Cardiac syndrome X
- Metabolic syndrome
- Single X syndrome, where an individual has a single X chromosome, typically described as Turner syndrome
- The otherwise unidentifiable rare disease afflicting Brooke Greenberg and only about half a dozen other people in the world.
