FDA-Labeled Indications and Dosage (Adult)

  • Prophylaxis of Venous Thromboembolism Following Abdominal Surgery
Recommneded dose: 2500 IU SUBQ q24h (starting 1 to 2 hours prior to surgery) for 5 to 10 days.
