Aortic dissection confirmed Transfer to Cardio-thoracic unit Perform TEE in CCU or cardiac OR | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Look for the following: Intimal flap and tear
Intimal entry
Mobile linear flap in short axis view
Small central true lumen communicating with false lumen
