Key CT Scan Findings in Adrenolipoma

Key CT findings associated with adrenolipoma are:

  • Well circumscribed adrenal mass with fat-containing components
  • Calcifications may be seen in some cases
  • Haemorrhage presents as a region of higher attenuation

Patient #1: CT images demonstrate a large left myelolipoma

Patient #2: CT images demonstrate a left myelolipoma with a small amount of macroscopic fat
