Most adult patients present with painless lymphadenopathy. Although retroperitoneal and peripheral lymphadenopathy is very common,[1] other possible locations for enlarged lymph nodes include the gastrointestinal tract, the breast,[2] the spleen,[3] the liver,[4] the bone,[4] the heart,[5] and the respiratory tract.[6]
Common symptoms include typical B symptoms: fever, weight loss, and night sweats.[7]

Patients typically present B symptoms (fever, weight loss and lymphadenopathy).
