An elevated concentration of serum alkaline phosphatase and gamma glutamyl transferase may be present in patients with Hepatocellular adenoma.[1]

- An elevated concentration of serum alkaline phosphatase and gamma glutamyl transferase may be present in patients with Hepatocellular adenoma.
- Some patients with hepatocellular adenoma may have elevated concentration of serum alpha-fetoprotein, which is usually suggestive of malignant transformation.[1]
