• 20–40 yo patients
• Facial palsy
• May have nasal congestion, obstruction, visual changes, or trismus

• Painless, slow-growing, hard, firm mass
• Located at the parotid gland area
• Cervical lymphadenopathy
• Ulceration of buccal mucosa

• Low-grade: well-circumscribed cystic masses
• High-grade: poorly defined margins, infiltrate locally and appear solid
• Calcification may be present

• Solid or cystic architecture
• A mixture of epidermoid squamous, intermediate, mucous, and clear cells
• Mucin vacuoles
• Nuclear distortion and cytoplasmic clearing

• t(11;19)(q21;p13)
• MECT1-MAML2 fusion gene
