  • Sheets of round, uniform, PAS +ve, small cells with a scant clear cytoplasm
  • Round nuclei with indentations
  • Homer-Wright rosettes
  • Necrosis and hemorrhage
  • Prominent vasculature and variable mitotic figures
  • EWS/FLI-1 fusion gene
  • t(11;22)(q24;q12)
  • CD99 +ve
  • FLI-1 +ve
