Overview

There is no established system for the staging of myxoma.[1]

Staging

According to the morphology code of the International Classification of Diseases for Oncology (ICD-0) the biological behavior for cardiac myxoma is coded /0 for benign tumors. Given their low frequency and benign origin, there is no staging system for cardiac myxoma tumors.[2]
