Chemotherapy	Most often, people with hepatosplenic T cell lymphoma are treated with combination chemotherapy Drug regimen: (CHOP) Cyclophosphamide AND Doxorubicin AND Vincristine AND Prednisone
Stem cell transplant	A stem cell transplant (SCT) may be an option for some people with hepatosplenic T cell lymphoma
