Interlobular septal thickening with or without associated peripheral ground glass opacities or consolodation
Transient opacities
Symmetrical opacities in axillary and peripheral distribution
Hilar adenopathy
Diffuse interstitial or miliary opacities
Pulmonary hemorrhage
Nodular disease (without cavitation)
Pleural effusions (30%) – exudative and eosinophilic
