Overview
Boil(furuncle) is the tender,deep,dome shaped skin infection of the hair follicle.
Pathophysiology
Folliculitis is the inflammation and of hair follicle.A furuncle is a localized deep suppurative necrotizing form of folliculitis which involves dermis and subcutaneous tissue.[1]
