The incidence and prevalence of boil(furuncle) is uncertain.Between 2002-2003, approximately 0.19% of all hospital visits in England were caused by boil and carbuncle infections.[1]Patients with all age groups can develop boils(furuncles).Boils(furuncles) is common among teenagers and young adults.
