Signs and Symptoms
The initial signs that are present in patients with Microscopic polyangiitis are non-specific in nature. The following are signs and symptoms of Microscopic polyangiitis:

- renal inflammation (glomerulonephritis)
- weight loss
- skin lesions
- nerve damage
- pyrexia
Constitutional Symptoms
- weight loss
- malaise
- fatigue
- pyrexia
Ocular involvement:
- conjunctivitis
- episcleritis
- uveitis
Skin involvement:
- palpable purpura
- vesiculobullous lesions
- splinter hemorrhages
Peripheral Nervous System:
- mononeuritis multiplex
- numbness/ tingling
- muscle wasting
Joint involvement:
- myalgia
- arthralgia
- arthritis
Renal involvement:
- hematuria
- protienuria
- red cell casts
Pulmonary involvement:
- alveolar hemorrhage
- pulmonary infiltrates
