The following result of Ultrasonography is confirmatory of infantile pyloric stenosis:
- Thickened prepyloric antrum bridging the duodenal bulb
- Distended stomach
- Crowded intervening mucosa that protrudes into the distended portion of the antrum (nipple sign)^[1]
