- Epidemics and Outbreaks:
- bacterial:Shigella, Vibrio cholerae
- VIRAL:Noro virus, Rota virus.
- Protozoan: Example: Cryptosporidium
- Animal contact: Examples: Non typhoidal Salmonella, Campylobacter
