Overview
On Chest X-ray, Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis is characterized by bilateral multifocal consolidation, bronchial wall thickening, reticulonodular opacities, bilateral hilar adenopathy, and bilateral pleural effusion.

- Bilateral multifocal and nonsegmental consolidation
- Bronchial wall thickening
- Reticulonodular opacities
- Hilar lymphadenopathy
- Pleural effusion
