There are EKG changes present in iron deficiency anemia depending on the severity of the anemia.

Electrocardiogram

ECG changes present in iron deficiency anemia are[1]:

  • Tachycardia
  • ST depression.
  • T wave depression.
  • QRS widening (LV hypertrophy)
