Secondary Prevention

Strict adherence to gluten free diet and dapsone, should improve the symptoms in few days of initiation of treatment. After tapering of dapsone, patient should be instructed to continue gluten free diet because it prevents the reappearance of symptoms and complications of celiac disease [1].
