Physical Examination
- Heart murmurs are relevant in identification of patients who are vulnerable to have sudden cardiac death (SCD). These include:
- Mid-systolic click suggestive of mitral valve prolapse (MVP)
- Outflow tract murmurs during Valsalva maneuver found in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM)
- Pertinent dermatologic manifestations include:
