  • Heparin Sodium Injection, USP, Preservative-Free is supplied as follows:

  • 1316: Carpuject with Luer Lock; 10,000/1 mL; Box of 10
  • 1316: Carpuject (25-Gauge, ⅝” needle); 7,500/0.75 mL; Box of 10
  • 1316: Carpuject (25-Gauge, ⅝” needle); 5,000/0.5 mL; Box of 10

Storage

Store at controlled room temperature, 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F). [See USP.]
