Overview
Common symptoms present during pregnancy include: fatigue, decreased exercise capacity, hyperventilation, dyspnea, palpitations, lightheadedness, and even syncope. Pedal edema is often observed during the last trimester and may lead to an erroneous diagnosis of heart failure.
