Physical findings include scleral and dermal icterus, hemorrhages (e.g., hematemesis, melena, petechiae, ecchymoses), and epigastric tenderness without hepatic enlargement.

Physical Examination

Vitals

• Fever
• Bradycardia (Fager sign) or tachycardia
• Hypotension

Skin

• Jaundice
• Petequia
• Purpura

Eyes

• Scleral icterus
• Conjuntival injection

Abdomen

• Tenderness
• Hepatomegaly
