Mecobalamin is a cobalamin (MeB12) used in peripheral neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy etc.

It is also used in vitamin B12 deficiency (pernicious anemia) treatment.

Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd. of Bangladesh is manufacturing this drug under the trade name Methicol. The dose is 0.5 mg and dosage forms are available both as tablet and injection. Cipla Ltd [www.cipla.com] manufactures this drug in India under the trade name Mecovit.

Bosnalijek of (Bosnia and Herzegovina) is manufacturing this drug under the trade name Cobal. The dose is 0.5 mg and dosage form is available as filmtablet.
