Clinical findings in hemolytic anemias include:
- Increased serum bilirubin levels in blood, which causes jaundice.
- Pallor in mucous membrane and the skin.
- Increased urobilinogen in urine. Urine turns dark on standing.
- Splenomegaly
- Pigmented gallstones may be found.
