Germ cell tumor Teratoma: Immature, Mature, Solid, Cystic (dermoid cyst); Monodermal (e.g., struma ovarii, carcinoid); Dysgerminoma, Embryonal carcinoma, Polyembryoma, Yolk sac tumor (endodermal sinus tumour); Mixed germ cell tumor.

Metastatic cancer from nonovarian primary: Colon, Appendiceal, Gastric, Breast.
