- Incidental finding , 50 yo male
- Asymptomatic
- May have hematuria and flank pain if ruptured
- Often unremarkable
- Variable shaped echoic mass on U/S
- Thick irregular walls
- Absent posterior acoustic enhancement
- Vascularizations or septation present
- Cyst surrounded by a single layer of flattened , cuboidal, or atrophic epithelium
- Clear to straw-colored fluid
