- The prevalence of hepatic hemangioma is up to 7% in normal adult population.[1]Hepatic hemangioma commonly affects individuals between 30 to 50 years of age.[2] Females are more commonly affected with hepatic hemangioma than males. The female to male ratio is 3:1.[3]

Incidence
The incidence ranges from 0.4-20% of the population.
Age
Hepatic hemangioma can occur at any time, but commonly affects individuals between 30 to 50 years of age.
Gender
Females are more commonly affected with hepatic hemangioma than males. The female to male ratio is 3:1.[4]
