- The prevalence of hepatic hemangioma is up to 7% in normal adult population.[1]Hepatic hemangioma commonly affects individuals between 30 to 50 years of age.[2] Females are more commonly affected with hepatic hemangioma than males. The female to male ratio is 3:1.[2]

The incidence ranges from 0.4-20% of the population.
Age
Hepatic hemangioma can occur at any time, but commonly affects individuals between 30 to 50 years of age.[2]
