  • 20 yo patients
  • Painless, slowly growing mass


  • Lytic bone lesions with geographic pattern of bone destruction on X ray
  • Located at metaphysis of long bones
  • Narrow zone of transition
  • Non-sclerotic margins
  • Internal pseudotrabeculation


  • Mature, bland fibroblasts
  • Little cellularity, no pleomorphism
  • Abundant collagenous stroma
  • Thin walled, dilated vascular channels
