- 10-35 yo males
- Deep, constant, aching, localized bone pain
- Pain worse at night
- Pain relieved by aspirin
- Restricted range of motion
- No specific lab findings
- Well circumscribed lucent cortical lesion located at the femur
- Less than 2 cm in diameter with cortical thickening
- Surrounded by reactive sclerosis
- Ovoid central region of mineralisation
- Anastomosing bony trabeculae
- Sclerotic nidus of woven bone with variable mineralization
- Osteoblast rimming
- Highly vascularized, fibrous stroma
