Urinary Tract Infection
Serratia urinary tract infection (UTI) must be differentiated from other causes of abdominal discomfort, dysuria, hematuria, pyuria, and/or polyuria, such as:

- Haemophilus spp.
- Klebsiella spp.
- Mycoplasma spp.
