Clincal features of lymphogranuloma venereum (LGV) occur in three stages.
First Stage (Primary LGV)
- Characterized by small, painless papule that may ulcerate
- Appears at site of inoculation
- Frequently unnoticed by patients
- Papule is self-limited[1]
